Return & Refund PolicyThank you for shopping with EndGame Kooz. Because most our products are made-to-order and highly personalized according to your exact specifications (including colors, materials, hundreds of possible combinations), the vast majority of orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.

The "Endgame Koozie Standard Issue" is the only exception to our Non-Returnable policy.

1. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable ItemsAll customized and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded for reasons such as:
  • Change of mind
  • No longer needing or wanting the item
  • Ordering the wrong size, color, option, or customization
  • The item not matching your expectations or personal taste
Once you place your order and we begin production (usually within 24–48 hours), the order cannot be canceled or modified.2. Exceptions – When We Will Offer a Refund or ReplacementWe stand behind the quality of our work. You are eligible for a remedy in the following limited cases:A. Manufacturing Defects or Errors on Our Part
If the item arrives with a clear manufacturing defect or we made a mistake that does not match your approved order (wrong colors, wrong material used, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will, at our discretion:
  • Remake and reship the item correctly at no cost to you, or
  • Issue a full refund if you prefer not to receive a replacement.
B. Damage During Shipping
If the item arrives damaged or broken due to mishandling by the carrier:
  • Take clear photos of the damage and packaging.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Once the claim is approved, we offer you two options:
  • We remake and reship an identical item free of charge (recommended), or
  • We issue a full refund if you no longer want the product.
C. Non-Delivery (Lost in Transit)
If tracking shows the package as lost and it is not delivered within 30 days of shipment, we will either reship the item or issue a full refund—your choice.

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of any damage or error
  • A brief explanation
We typically respond within 1–2 business days.4. No Refunds or Returns for “Wrong Customization Chosen by Customer”Responsibility for choosing the correct options, colors, material, and other custom details rests with you. We are not responsible for customer-selected errors. We are also not responsible for any misuse, or accidental damage after a successful shipment.
