Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate notification with tracking information once it ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order, and are estimates only — not guarantees, especially during peak seasons or holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's progress.

Damaged Items

We carefully package every Endgame Koozie, but if your item arrives damaged, we'll make it right.

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery at endgamekooz@gmail.com
• Include photographic evidence of the damage (to the product and, if possible, the packaging)
• Once verified, we'll send a free replacement at no additional cost to you

Damage claims submitted after 7 days from delivery, or without photographic evidence, may not be eligible for a free replacement.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are lost or stolen. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to us at endgamekooz@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at endgamekooz@gmail.com — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
